Nature of Agreement
Mavericks Havens provides Mavericks-confirmed accommodation bookings and hospitality services in Thailand. By booking a stay, you agree to these terms, the property-specific house rules, and the final confirmation details sent before payment.
Reservation & Payment
Website bookings are accepted only after Mavericks confirms availability and terms, then the guest completes the approved payment path. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified.
Concierge Services
Transfers, yacht parties, and other concierge services are Mavericks-confirmed until supplier availability, timing, inclusions, and cancellation terms are finalized. Mavericks Havens will not represent disconnected calendar, payment, or supplier data as live.
Conduct & Liability
Guests stay at their own risk. Guests are responsible for damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all guests.
