Cancellation Horizon.
We understand that plans shift. Our policies are designed to be fair to both guests and our local suppliers.

Flexible Horizons
Because Mavericks Havens coordinates a range of assets—from private villas and residences to luxury yachts and transport—cancellation terms are confirmed individually for each reservation to reflect the supplier's specific requirements.
The Stays
Villa and condo cancellation terms are detailed in the final Mavericks confirmation. High-floor residences may carry building-specific stay requirements.
Ocean & Air
Service terms depend on the vessel or vehicle selected. Confirmed terms are shared transparently before you complete the payment step.
Before Acceptance
Requesting a booking does not start a cancellation clock. Your policy begins only once Mavericks has confirmed the availability and you have finalized the approved payment path.
